The Junior School at Westbourne has been purpose-built to cater for students from the Preparatory Grade to Grade Six. Our Westbourne Junior School campus is located at Truganina, 20 minutes from the Melbourne CBD in the growing western suburbs. Located on fifty hectares of land, the school offers landscaped gardens, lakes, an abundance of sporting facilities as well as an Environmental Park. The contemporary buildings are situated near the Secondary School and students are able to take full advantage of all of the facilities of a modern Preparatory - Year 12 campus.
Well qualified teachers at the Junior School at Westbourne encourage students to feel part of a total school community. A common curriculum provides the students with a sound foundation in literacy and numeracy. Japanese, Library, Art, Physical Education, Music and Sport are taught by specialist teachers.

Facilities and Equipment
All classrooms have air conditioning and heating. The rooms are laid out and furnished in various configurations to maximise learning at each year level. Each class room has class sets of books and equipment required to undertake class activities.
There are three classes at each Year level from Prep - Grade 6, co-located to allow for the sharing of resources for that particular level.
Computers are available in each classroom.
