The Junior School at the Williamstown Campus of Westbourne Grammar School is housed in the magnificent Victorian house "Monomeith", which is classified by the National Trust. The school is located in the inner city suburb of Newport, 13kms from the Melbourne CBD, and overlooks the bay and the city. It has a wonderful history dating back to 1867. Students from Preparatory Grade to Grade Three are able to feel part of a small caring community.
Well qualified teachers at the Junior School in Williamstown encourage students to feel part of a total school community. A common curriculum provides the students with a sound foundation in literacy and numeracy. Japanese, Library, Art, Physical Education, Music and Sport are taught by specialist teachers.
