The Year 11 Business Management class visited Grill’D on 21 August, which is one of Australia’s largest quick service restaurant chains to analyse their marketing strategy. Brett Carmen (owner of Grill’D Point Cook and Werribee) shared valuable information on various marketing strategies used by Grill’D and some of the indicators used to evaluate its effectiveness. It was a great opportunity for us to see how marketing concepts learnt in class are applied in real life. The students took this opportunity to ask marketing related questions and gain a deeper insight into the world of marketing.
