Westbourne Leaders Named Among Australia’s Best

Two of Westbourne’s senior leaders, Dr Adrian Camm and Jeremy Otto, have been named on The Educator’s 2025 Hot List.

The Hot List recognises Australia’s most outstanding education leaders, highlighting those with more than 10 years’ experience who have elevated standards and made a significant impact across the sector.

As Principal and Managing Director, Adrian has led Westbourne through major campus developments, sector-leading employment conditions, and a bold vision for schooling that prioritises human-centred leadership, innovation, character and agency. His work continues to shape the future of education across the country.

As Director of Community Engagement and Advancement, Jeremy continues to build a values-driven culture where students, staff, alumni and families feel genuinely connected and supported. His career spans senior leadership roles across Australia and internationally, bringing deep pedagogical insight and strategic vision to his work.
