PRESIDENT OF THE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

Jessica Stojkovski
Class of 2008
School captain in 2008, Jessica is currently a senior associate at law firm, Mills Oakley where she works in the workplace relations and safety team. During her years as President of the alumni association she leads a committee she describes as ‘friendly, dedicated and enthusiastic’. When Jessica is not lawyering or volunteering, you will most often find her enjoying a meal and socialising with her close family and friends or having a hit of tennis or a long walk.

Vice President
After finishing Year 12 Carly eagerly joined the alumni association at the beginning of 2020. Now working as a disability integration aide at a school in Elsternwick, she is also currently studying a double degree at Monash University; Bachelor of Education (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts. Planning to work in primary school leadership in the future, she has thoroughly enjoyed the taste of leadership already received through the alumni association as current Vice President and President-elect. 
Carly Gauci
Class of 2019
Adam McKee was a member of the Westbourne class of 2004. After completing a Bachelor of Arts (Politics and History) and a Masters of Teaching at the University of Melbourne, Adam began a career working for Members of Parliament at both state and federal levels. Over the years since graduating Adam has advised Members, Senators and Ministers on communications and campaigns and played a variety of roles in election campaigns.

As Westbourne’s Head of Choral and Voice studies Belinda’s passion for music education is evident every day. Actively involved in Westbourne’s thriving music scene during her time as a student, Belinda finds immense joy in mentoring and guiding the next generation of talented performers. In addition to her ongoing work in the school’s performing arts and music department, Belinda strives to reignite connections, discover shared history, and foster the creation of new networks among the diverse and accomplished alumni community.

On completing a Bachelor of Business, Ben followed his passion for media and advertising; based at first in the United Kingdom and then in Melbourne. His journey has included working for two global advertising agencies as a media planner and buyer, and in various advertising sales roles. Currently working for the SBS television network as a group sales manager, Ben greatly enjoyed attending his ten- and twenty-year school reunions and says, ‘the countdown is on for the next!’

Treasurer
Brett is currently the treasurer of the alumni association having joined the committee in 2018. Brett has worked in many administration roles with professional services firms during his career and is currently an office manager for a prominent legal services firm.  
Brett Hayhow
Class of 2005
Having started kindergarten at Williamstown in 1979, Jacqui finished Year 12 in 1992. Her background is in marketing, but she chose to spend time raising her children. Both her children attend Westbourne which reassociated her with the school.  Her involvement with the Friends of Westbourne Association began when her son started Prep in 2012, she is currently President. Jacqui’s time at Westbourne gave her a great sense of community. She loves connecting people and joined the alumni association in 2015. 
Jacqui Garnsworthy (Price)
Class of 1992
Jayr graduated from Westbourne in 2000 and subsequently joined the alumni association in 2021.   Now a barrister who practices in public and administrative law, commercial law and common law, he has specific expertise in all aspects of health law including in the context of class actions, royal commissions, medical negligence claims, disciplinary proceedings, coronial inquests, and occupational health and safety matters.

A qualified graphic designer, Lyndell’s first job was designing books at a Melbourne publishing company. From this corporate environment, she moved to a small business. When new management presented an opportunity, Lyndell opened her own business, Affinity Design. In 2020 she accepted a position as design and production lead at Brimbank Council. Lyndell adores her family, husband of twenty-five years and two daughters who constantly amaze her. Her eldest daughter graduated from Westbourne in 2021 and her youngest will graduate in 2024. 
Lyndell Fynney (Board)
Class of 1990
Sarah graduated from Westbourne in 2021 and joined the alumni association the following year. Currently studying a Bachelor of Biomedicine at the University of Melbourne, she also works in a supervisory role within the Operations Department at Adventure Park, Geelong. She has a strong interest in sports, specifically basketball, and is currently playing in the Big V competition while also volunteering as Vice-President and coach at Good News Power Basketball Club.
Sarah Sherwood
Class of 2021
Tolu graduated from Westbourne in the Class of 2021. Following an active school career, including a position as captain of Derrimut House, she eagerly accepted the invitation to join the committee, and has been a member of the alumni association committee since 2022. Tolu is currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Melbourne. She aspires to give back to the school community from which she has gained so much.
