We’re thrilled to announce our Principal, Adrian Camm, has been selected for The Educator’s Hot List for 2023!

The Hot List, now in its ninth year, shines a light on those raising the bar and implementing new initiatives to drive improvements across Australia’s education sector.

The announcement highlights Adrian’s outstanding contribution to professional development through the creation of the Learning to Lead: Westbourne Leadership Development program. The six-month course has graduated 85 staff, with 42 engaged in the program’s second iteration. Of his work, he says, “When I think about the thing that gives me the most joy and energy, it is about supporting other staff on their leadership journey and assisting and empowering them to be the best they can be. Lifting others up and shining the spotlight on them is one of the best things about my work.”
